This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Product Team leaders in realizing the program’s strategic vision.
• Drive the development, creation, and implementation of high-quality, globally coordinated cross-functional project plans for products, aligned with program strategy.
• Lead and/or engage in special department, cross-functional, or team projects.
• Support cross-functional drug development and commercialization efforts for both pipeline and inline products.
• Collaborate with functional leads to create integrated cross-functional plans that are in line with the overall program strategy.
• Ensure alignment and accountability across functions.
• Facilitate resource planning, financial evaluations, and capacity assessments as required.
• Conduct risk management and scenario planning; devise contingency and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities with external business partners and alliances.
• Spearhead the development and timely achievement of annual Work Package Team objectives and contributions to the Global Product Strategy.
• Record issues, decisions, and action items from work package team and ad hoc project team meetings.
• Identify cross-functional project issues for the Global Program Manager or the respective Work Package Team Lead.
• Report directly to the Director of Global Program Management.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR High school diploma / GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in drug development, particularly with deep knowledge in one or more core drug development and commercialization functions.
• Proven experience in leading teams through governance processes.
• Program and project management expertise in a healthcare-related setting.
• Experience in operationalizing strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in cross-functional strategic planning, developing integrated plans, monitoring, and driving execution to plan.
• Emotional intelligence skills, including the ability to influence without authority and navigate within a matrix environment.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools, methodologies, practices, and infrastructure pertinent to the Biopharmaceutical Industry.
