This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the upstream product strategy and innovation efforts for Enovis' Enabling Technology portfolio.
• Establish product vision, long-range roadmaps, and strategic priorities that align with organizational goals.
• Discover opportunities for market growth, differentiation, and competitive edge.
• Create business cases and go-to-market strategies for new technologies and platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering leaders to steer development programs, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront of design decisions.
• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic clients.
• Perform comprehensive market, customer, and competitive analyses to pinpoint trends and future prospects.
• Lead voice-of-customer initiatives and convert insights into product requirements and strategic guidance.
• Work together with marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to guarantee successful product launches and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales, specifically in enabling technologies.
• Over 4 years of experience in medical device marketing or equivalent medical device sales experience, with a strong preference for upstream product development exposure.
• Proficient in digital tools; familiarity with data analytics, software development platforms, or engineering is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills and a commitment to resolving clinical challenges through technology.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of articulating technical concepts into clear, engaging messages for varied audiences.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, including with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.
• Experience working with global teams and understanding diverse market requirements.
• Must have or be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport for international business travel, as required by the position.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% both domestically and internationally.
• Must currently possess full-time work authorization in the United States, now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.
