Senior Global Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle for assigned product lines, from initial concept to end-of-life.

• Create and sustain multi-year product roadmaps that align with the company's strategy and market trends.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis.

• Establish product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions.

• Serve as the primary product expert to support Sales, OEMs, and Channel Partners.

• Create technical sales tools, application guides, and training materials.

• Assist with significant customer engagements by providing technical application expertise.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on launch strategies, promotional materials, and campaign messaging.

• Oversee the financial performance of product lines, including monthly P&L reporting and analysis.

• Propel product performance to meet revenue, margin, units, and AOP targets.

• Work closely with Finance and Sales Operations on pricing, discounts, and profitability assessments.

• Partner with Engineering on defining requirements, specifications, and testing criteria.

• Manage Voice of Customer feedback throughout the product development and validation processes.

• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to address cost reduction, component obsolescence, and product quality issues.

• Lead product change notifications, legacy transitions, and communications regarding end-of-life.

• Maintain product data within ERP/CRM systems and internal documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable certifications, including UL, NTEP, and CE.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.

• MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, applications engineering, or technical marketing.

• Experience in industrial instrumentation, process automation, or weighing systems is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, sensors, and field integration.

• Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, and other similar technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM platforms, and project management tools.
