
Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing with a dotted-line reporting structure to the VP of Global Partnerships.
• Collaborate and align with leaders in global partnerships, marketing, sales, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and take ownership of the global partner marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Design customized co-marketing initiatives and integrated plans for key partners.
• Publicize partner announcements through press releases, social media, blogs, and co-created content.
• Organize and implement joint co-marketing campaigns, including content, webinars, events, and paid initiatives.
• Oversee the utilization of external market development funds, manage internal allocations, approvals, and track ROI.
• Tailor global partner campaigns for regional execution alongside field marketing teams across North America and EMEA.
• Evaluate campaign performance against pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Maintain consistent branding and co-marketing standards globally.
• Develop messaging and targeting strategies in collaboration with partners and product marketing.
• Produce co-branded materials, joint case studies, sales enablement tools, and campaign toolkits.
• Coordinate partner participation in corporate, third-party, regional field events, and partner summits.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of joint webinars and virtual events.
• Monitor partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, MDF, and program ROI.
• Oversee the partner marketing budget and calendar for North America and EMEA.
• Experiment with and enhance campaigns utilizing AI and data analytics.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years focused on partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
• Proven experience supporting organizations catering to global, enterprise, and mid-market clients.
• Background in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated success in managing global or multi-region marketing programs across different time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with technology alliances, channel/reseller networks, and systems integrator/consulting partners.
• Practical experience in managing MDF and co-op marketing initiatives.
• Strong skills in project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Strong analytical capabilities and executive communication skills.
• Ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
