This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Establish the strategic plan, commercial strategy, and launch readiness initiatives for a forthcoming new indication.
β’ Spearhead the development and execution of the promotional platform, encompassing messaging, campaigns, and market research efforts.
β’ Create and implement promotional and disease education strategies across various marketing channels, including print, digital, peer-to-peer, and key customer outreach.
β’ Identify and onboard essential vendors, including a primary advertising agency.
β’ Initially act as the marketing liaison on cross-functional teams, such as the Promotional Material Review Committee.
β’ Develop and direct the comprehensive go-to-market strategy alongside cross-functional field leadership, field operations, and training teams.
β’ Collaborate with Regional Market Managers to grasp the needs of institutions, key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers.
β’ Work together with marketers to guarantee an integrated marketing plan for the business unit.
β’ Partner with Market Access teams on the product's value proposition and communication with stakeholders.
β’ Manage relationships with vital internal functions, thought leaders, and strategic business partners.
β’ Evaluate complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes, and managed care dynamics.
β’ Ensure that strategic and tactical plans are compliant with regulatory and company policy requirements.
β’ Collaborate with Finance to manage the budget effectively.
β’ Build and lead the US marketing team and core team.
β’ Recruit and onboard the marketing team in preparation for the anticipated 2028 US launch.
β’ Over 10 years of marketing or related commercial experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
β’ Extensive marketing experience.
β’ Proven experience in launch leadership.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in oncology.
β’ Experience in managing commercial teams.
β’ Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, planning, and project management abilities.
β’ A competitive mindset with a strong drive for results.
β’ Excellent communication skills, including significant experience presenting to senior management and large audiences.
β’ A team-oriented individual with sound judgment, outstanding interpersonal skills, and demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
β’ Ability to act decisively and independently while providing clear strategic and tactical direction.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required; a degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
β’ Experience in breast cancer is advantageous.
β’ Field experience in sales or account management is preferred.
β’ Experience in market access or related functions is preferred.
β’ Approximately 30% travel is required.
