This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage OpsLevel messaging on the homepage, sales presentations, and various materials.

• Bring product launches to market through comprehensive launch plans, release notes, customer communications, and product-related content.

• Oversee competitive positioning, comparisons, objection handling, and sales pitch materials.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate market feedback into positioning, content, and product insights.

• Strategize and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns utilizing paid advertisements, email, social media, webinars, and events.

• Take charge of the marketing funnel, including conversion analysis, attribution, lead routing, list hygiene, MQL definitions, and sales handoff processes.

• Conduct weekly experiments based on hypotheses, objectives, testing, and results evaluation.

• Formulate demand generation strategies with sales and leadership, reporting actionable performance outcomes.

• Maintain OpsLevel’s brand voice across the website, social media platforms, and content.

• Oversee social media presence and manage the content calendar.

• Produce blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, and campaign copy.

• Enhance traditional SEO and visibility in AI responses (AEO).

• Update the website and landing pages to reflect messaging and boost conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing to an engineering audience.

• Broad knowledge across product marketing, demand generation, and brand/content, with in-depth expertise in at least one domain.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to adapt based on data insights.

• Some prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and design/image-generation software.

• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and self-manage.

• Aesthetic sensibility and the skill to create engaging visual and written content.

• Practical experience with paid advertising on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, or Reddit (preferred).

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing SaaS tools (preferred).

• Experience supporting in-person events or conferences (preferred).

• Background in podcasting, video, or multimedia content creation (preferred).

• Currently hiring only within North America.

• Eligibility to work in the selected country and ability to provide work authorization documentation.
