This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more countries.
• Create and implement localized marketing strategies that align with the business objectives and market priorities for Western Europe within the Nordic region.
• Examine market dynamics, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and industry trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and aid in business planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Western Europe marketing teams to enhance customer engagement initiatives, educational programs, and commercial campaigns.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, product launches, and market expansion efforts through the development of business cases and market analysis.
• Oversee cross-functional projects to guarantee the effective execution of marketing activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, offering insights and recommendations to boost business performance.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, key clients, and internal stakeholders to collect market feedback and enhance customer engagement.
• Relay project status, outcomes, and market insights to pertinent stakeholders.
• Provide support to various markets and stakeholders throughout the Nordic territory.
• Travel frequently, up to 50%, to customer locations, meetings, events, and internal business activities across the Nordics.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business development, product management, commercial operations, or healthcare-related fields.
• Proven experience in supporting the development and execution of marketing plans, commercial initiatives, or business growth programs.
• Proficient in analyzing market data, customer insights, or business performance metrics to facilitate decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as one Nordic language.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Nordic region.
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is a plus.
• Background in working across multiple countries or supporting regional commercial organizations is advantageous.
• Understanding of healthcare market dynamics, customer pathways, and reimbursement environments in the Nordic region is beneficial.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating activities among various stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, business planning, and customer engagement tools would be a plus.
