This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, manage, strategize, and oversee both virtual and in-person internal, user, and marketing conferences and events.
• Plan, execute, research, measure, and coordinate cross-team event programs.
• Develop programs that align with strategic initiatives to enhance customer advocacy, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Act as the company’s expert in standard event concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Formulate plans and budgets in collaboration with the Director of Events.
• Create marketing event programs that reinforce the brand, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer relations.
• Supervise the execution of user conferences, employee events, trade shows, special events, and various marketing programs.
• Coordinate event communications, messaging, logistics, agendas, segmentation-list communication strategies, vendors, speakers, entertainers, and contracts.
• Develop scalable processes and propose innovative event solutions.
• Assess and report on KPIs, metrics, post-event analysis, lead conversion, ROI, and expenses.
• Monitor event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage event-related costs.
• Share essential event information with the organization.
• Ensure proper personnel are scheduled for events.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to align agendas with company strategy and customer needs.
• Identify projects aimed at improving event processes, efficiency, cost, and engagement.
• Travel to the main office in Salt Lake and attend events throughout the year.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in event/field marketing and project management.
• Experience in marketing B2B high-tech products and solutions.
• Familiarity with SFDC.
• Some travel is required for trade shows and other live events, both domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Strong project management skills, including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status, risk management, contingency planning, and resource acquisition.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within Marketing, Sales, HR, CX, Finance, and with partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects within set timelines.
• Proven ability to achieve challenging and complex goals with limited authority.
