This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Support in sourcing venues, selecting meeting spaces, arranging accommodations, and addressing event-related inquiries.
• Oversee daily project logistics and the execution of events in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor agreements.
• Work together with vendors to address audiovisual, technology, transportation, and logistical needs.
• Leverage event technology platforms for registration, speaker management, scheduling, attendee engagement, and reporting.
• Track event metrics and ensure compliance with expense management, risk, and policy guidelines.
• Reconcile program invoices and handle post-event financial closure tasks.
• Develop event strategies alongside the Events Marketing and Solutions Marketing teams.
• Organize and execute client-facing events from inception to conclusion, including trade shows, conferences, road shows, client meetings, and the annual client conference.
• Assist with internal events such as company kickoffs, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Senior Events Manager to achieve event objectives, positioning, messaging, deliverables, and tactics.
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct research on venues, event technology options, and industry trends.
• Assess, analyze, and report on event performance in relation to business objectives.
• Provide onsite assistance at conferences, conventions, workshops, customer events, and other marketing initiatives as required.
• Manage internal project oversight for event programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
• Travel approximately 20% as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience overseeing all facets of event planning from concept development to post-event analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in managing event budgets and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Experience in analyzing event data, metrics, and program outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the wealth management, fintech, investment advisory, or financial services sectors (preferred).
• Familiarity with Cvent, Marketo, Salesforce, and Workfront (preferred).
