This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for senior and specialized G&A roles within Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate sectors.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to executive stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, candidate assessment, hiring strategies, and closing techniques.
• Develop and implement focused sourcing strategies in technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, financial services, and similar fields.
• Create extensive market maps that encompass competitor talent, high-performing corporate roles, and networks driven by referrals.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience for senior and specialized talent.
• Leverage data, market insights, and conversion metrics to evaluate search effectiveness and enhance recruiting strategies.
• Foster urgency and high-quality decision-making through calibration, structured feedback, and prompt hiring actions.
• Enhance G&A recruiting procedures, including the quality of intake, alignment of scorecards, sourcing strategies, debrief rigor, and execution of offers.
• Act as a leader in talent crafting within the Talent team.
• Prepare a Talent Acquisition Manager overview and 5-10 sample profiles within 72 hours of receiving a job opening.
• Adjust search criteria within 48 hours after receiving initial candidate feedback and develop A/B outreach messaging within 24 hours.
• Identify 100 candidates within the first week.
• Organize sourcing sessions with TRM team members to explore referrals.
• Review sourcing data two weeks post-initial outreach and continually refine outreach efforts until the position is filled.
• Over 7 years of recruiting experience.
• Extensive experience managing senior G&A searches in high-growth, US-based technology companies.
• Proven track record in hiring senior and specialized talent across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Proficient in market mapping, talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, confidential search management, and closing at the senior level.
• Ability to comprehend complex corporate roles including finance, legal, compliance, people, operations, and critical leadership positions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, market data, and candidate pipeline quality.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and the capability to advise senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of ownership, persistence, and judgment in ambiguous, confidential, and business-critical searches.
• Proven ability to balance speed with quality while maintaining a high standard for talent.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI to enhance workflows, problem-solving, output quality, speed, and leverage.
