Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Examine intricate business, service, and project processes and convert them into scalable, practical solutions.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, functional design, and system configuration.

• Provide guidance to clients on process enhancements and solution options, including addressing challenging requirements as necessary.

• Configure and enhance solutions while supporting testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with developers, architects, and integration specialists on functional, technical, and integration requirements.

• Detect risks and dependencies early and communicate them proactively with concrete evidence.

• Evaluate change impact and pose the right questions prior to implementation.

• Promote continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary, international team.

• Deliver projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline while fostering strong customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations, including real implementation across customer environments.

• Strong practical knowledge of project management, resource scheduling, time and expense management, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Genuine seniority in functional consulting with the capability to independently manage customer-facing functional tasks.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, customer workshops, process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and client guidance.

• Robust knowledge of integrations, including D365 interactions with surrounding systems, data flows, and dependencies.

• Over 3 years of significant experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

• Technical understanding adequate for discussing implications and dependencies with developers.

• Strong consulting abilities and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing roles.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Professional experience actively utilizing GitHub Copilot.

• Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/intellectual level.
