This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of account operations, encompassing staffing readiness, personnel onboarding, offboarding, contract transitions, and support for organic growth.
• Maintain authoritative data on staffing and operations, while monitoring the readiness of contracts and personnel.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions, including Delivery, Growth, Contracts, and People Operations.
• Enhance efficiency, improve best practices, and support the health and expansion of designated accounts.
• Provide guidance and support to operations staff and program leadership.
• Facilitate individual and team meetings, communicating updates regarding accounts and the company.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account operations, staffing, risks, and overall account health.
• Act as the subject matter expert at the account level and the escalation point for staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel transitions.
• Oversee contract onboarding and mobilization for employees and subcontractor personnel, including aspects like badging, PIV sponsorship, background checks, access to government systems, contract-specific training, and readiness for start dates.
• Manage offboarding processes, role changes, and contract transitions, which include access revocation, return of government-furnished equipment (GFE), documentation of records, and planning for backfills.
• Maintain an updated staffing roster for the account and mapping of labor categories.
• Convert staffing data into insights regarding capacity, bench strength, hiring needs, and expected lead times.
• Collaborate with program leadership and customers to identify unmet needs, scope for expansion, and adjacent work opportunities within existing contracts.
• Oversee the ongoing operational cadence for accounts, including status and staffing reports, tracking deliverables, ensuring subcontractor compliance, and providing support for modifications.
• Identify and compile evidence of performance, operational metrics, and past performance data for recompetes and new business endeavors.
• Assist account management and senior leadership in their functions.
• Monitor account data and workflows to ensure appropriate engagement from leadership.
• Lead or assist with change management initiatives.
• Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Review account progress, compile operational reports, identify emerging risks, and brief leadership accordingly.
• Represent assigned accounts in corporate working groups and cross-functional initiatives.
• Foster cross-departmental relationships and advocate for an inclusive work environment.
• Ensure that operational systems and processes operate effectively while adhering to relevant ISO and CMMI quality standards.
• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant years of experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced experience in developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency at the account or portfolio level.
• Proven experience in building and sustaining cross-functional relationships.
• Significant experience in negotiating, influencing, and managing complex business and operational scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in significant matters.
• Direct experience in managing or supporting staffing plans for federal contracts, including labor category mapping and personnel readiness reporting.
• Direct experience with onboarding and offboarding processes for federal contractors, focusing on personnel security, badging/PIV sponsorship, background checks, and access to government systems.
• Experience in supporting contract modifications, option exercises, ceiling increases, or similar actions within a federal contracting context.
• Prior government or government contracting experience is required.
• Familiarity with federal personnel security systems such as e-QIP, DISS/JVS, or NBIS.
• Knowledge of CPARS and federal past-performance documentation practices.
• PMP or a similar program/project management certification.
• Experience contributing to capture, proposal, recompete, or organic growth initiatives.
• Experience in supporting multiple federal contracts, task orders, or intricate contract portfolios.
• Experience in working across relationships with both prime contractors and subcontractors.
