📋 Description

• Develop strategic roadmaps and scalable processes that enhance performance within the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization while aligning with overall company goals.

• Create and execute a KPI-driven framework to assess performance, leveraging data to reveal insights, pinpoint opportunities, and guide strategic choices.

• Manage competitive intelligence initiatives, encompassing market research, competitor benchmarking, data analysis, and the identification of emerging industry trends.

• Convert data and competitive insights into precise, actionable recommendations that shape the Loyalty & VIP Growth strategy, investment decisions, and execution plans.

• Discover and implement avenues to utilize AI and automation to streamline workflows.

• Develop AI-enhanced tools and agents that boost team productivity and facilitate scalable working methods.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to roll out strategic initiatives, enhance daily operations, and foster improved business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic operations and planning, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing competitive intelligence or market research projects, including competitor analysis, industry exploration, and both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Familiarity with using AI to optimize workflows and develop tools or agents that enhance work efficiency and quality.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently, prioritize based on business requirements, and align cross-functional teams towards common objectives.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Experience in translating complex data into straightforward business insights and recommendations.

• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Claude, SQL, and Snowflake is preferred.

• Capability to acquire and maintain necessary State Gaming Licenses.
