Senior Functional Analyst – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between business and IT teams by comprehending business requirements, pinpointing opportunities for new initiatives, and promoting ongoing enhancement.

• Perform feasibility analyses and create business cases to assist in strategic decision-making.

• Oversee projects throughout all stages: Initiation, Assessment and Discovery, Development, Delivery, and Transition to Operations.

• Maintain transparency regarding the team’s demands, tasks, and priorities, as well as the progress and deliverables of projects currently in development.

• Supervise cross-functional teams, encouraging alignment, collaboration, and compliance with deadlines.

• Exhibit strong self-management by efficiently organizing activities, priorities, and deadlines independently.

• Evaluate the technical feasibility of business requests during the discovery phase, foreseeing risks, impacts, and dependencies.

• Ensure that the scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are aligned.

• Assist in the management and development of colleagues in similar roles, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and the technical advancement of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Strong experience in managing, tracking, and delivering IT projects.

• Technical expertise to interact with development teams and comprehend architectures, integrations, and technology solutions.

• Capability to evaluate the technical feasibility and implications of proposed solutions.

• Experience in creating business cases, effort estimates, and cost-benefit analyses.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies—both agile and traditional—as well as GUT analysis (or similar prioritization frameworks) and Rollout/Cutover plans.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (Sales and Service; Agentforce planned).
