Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their business objectives, document requirements, and convert them into concise user stories and functional specifications.

• Facilitate and assist in discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.

• Work closely with Salesforce configurators, developers, and project managers to ensure that requirements are comprehensively understood and effectively delivered.

• Examine intricate business processes and decompose them into actionable requirements throughout the project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, refine user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.

• Assist in system integrations by identifying business needs and fostering collaboration between client stakeholders and technical teams.

• Contribute to client-facing outputs, including process documentation, training materials, and progress reports.

• Assess and escalate project issues, risks, or conflicts while providing proactive recommendations for smooth project execution.

• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions approved by the firm for clients, adhering to company policies.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI tools and techniques, identifying compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services setting, supporting Salesforce implementation projects in a Business Analyst capacity.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, the data model, and essential product areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

• Experience in facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple client engagements.

• Outstanding organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for client and team engagements as required.

• Proven ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

• Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in line with firm policies and client standards.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is essential.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
