• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities

• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to facilitate workshops and meetings

• Experience in process mapping and gap analysis

• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred

• Experience with data analysis tools is preferred
