This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce Media Cloud on a daily basis, overseeing user management, permissions, page layouts, flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Strategy & Enablement, Revenue Operations, and sales leadership to convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and operational enhancements.
• Construct and enhance a Salesforce environment that supports Axios’ revenue organization, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and ongoing analyses that provide insights into business performance, sales metrics, and KPIs.
• Facilitate data migration and continuous data management, ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across Salesforce.
• Discover opportunities to automate manual workflows, optimize processes, and boost operational efficiency.
• Assist in sales planning and performance management, including setting sales goals, conducting conversion and segment analyses, and preparing Quarterly Business Reviews, along with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Resolve user and system issues; propose scalable solutions; support testing, deployment, and change management for Salesforce updates and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and training materials to promote Salesforce adoption.
• Within the first year, establish a scalable Salesforce foundation, facilitate legacy CRM migration, enhance automation, boost adoption rates, and assist teams in utilizing data and analytics.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations.
• Work alongside Revenue Enablement, Client Partnerships, Client Experience, and Business Development teams.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 1–2 years of background in sales operations or sales analytics.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or a commitment to achieve certification within the first year.
• Proven experience in building or significantly expanding a Salesforce organization from the ground up, or involvement in a major Salesforce implementation.
• Proficient in creating flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and best practices for data management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills paired with a customer-service-oriented approach when assisting end users.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance business processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Media Cloud is a plus.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications is an advantage.
• Background in supporting Salesforce data migration between different CRMs or Salesforce orgs is a bonus.
• Experience in the media industry is a plus.
