Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document business requirements pertaining to enterprise systems processes and functionalities.

• Draft functional requirement documentation to steer the development process and assist in creating development tickets.

• Effectively communicate changes, updates, and enhancements to the Salesforce system to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in project management of new feature developments and rollouts on the international Salesforce system, ensuring timely completion in alignment with business requirements.

• Evaluate existing systems and business processes alongside stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and enhanced efficiency.

• Offer guidance for user training and system support while managing a “train the trainer” model.

• Participate in occasional evening meetings to accommodate US and other international time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst (or in technical project management), including 5+ years working with Salesforce.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce configuration and its capabilities.

• Proficiency and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience in Salesforce data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

• Must be adaptable to attend meetings outside of standard local working hours to support global clients and teams as needed.
