Senior Analyst, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead high-value Salesforce projects within an agile development framework.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to implement solutions that enhance sales and sales-support efficiency.

• Assess enhancement requests for necessity, feasibility, and optimization of the platform.

• Build agreement on unified functional requirements and prioritize them based on anticipated business impact.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and propose product roadmap recommendations.

• Contribute to the planning and prioritization of tasks.

• Oversee testing, change management, deployment, documentation, training, communication, and user empowerment.

• Enhance CRM analytics to deliver actionable insights for Go-To-Market teams and uncover growth opportunities.

• Maintain documentation of CRM processes.

• Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and feature delivery.

• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of risks, blockers, issues, and bugs.

• Evaluate, test, and measure the business impact and ROI of CRM enhancements.

• Create test cases and UAT plans while supervising business user acceptance testing.

• Track Salesforce releases and assess or implement new features and solutions.

• Develop training materials and conduct Salesforce end-user training alongside Regional CRM Leads and Power Users.

• Measure and report on performance, achievements, and outcomes.

• Engage in cross-functional CRM teams tackling strategic business challenges.

• Collaborate with Salesforce and vendor Customer Success teams to foster engagement, adoption, utilization, and skill development.

• Report to the Global CRM Manager and work closely with Global IT, Regional CRM leads, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility and impact in business analysis, product management, data analysis, system administration, solution architecture, or business intelligence.

• Experience in managing and/or implementing technology-enabled end-to-end Customer Relationship Management.

• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial processes.

• Understanding of lead-to-cash processes, ideally within a B2B manufacturing context.

• Experience in a B2B environment and/or the manufacturing industry, preferably in food, nutritional, specialty chemical, or other relevant B2B sectors.

• Salesforce certification is highly preferred, such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant.

• Extensive Salesforce knowledge or equivalent experience with other CRM platforms, covering system administration, user setup and maintenance, role hierarchy, profiles and permissions, security, page layouts, objects, fields, workflow, approval processes, formulas, queues, assignment rules, and data management.

• Preferred experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Proven experience leading and managing complex projects involving change management.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Strong quantitative analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel proficiency.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve complex problems.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% or more of the time.
