Senior Fullstack Engineer, Python, JS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and support full-stack features utilizing Python (Django/Flask) for the backend and Angular or React for the frontend.

• Design and uphold Service Oriented Architectures leveraging REST/JSON or SOAP web services.

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle, along with ORM tools.

• Write optimized queries while ensuring data integrity.

• Contribute to the design and architecture of cloud solutions in AWS or Azure.

• Utilize Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, or similar container solutions for deployment purposes.

• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Engage in code reviews and demonstrations.

• Take part in architectural planning meetings.

• Partner with the Engineering Manager, CTO, and the broader engineering team to deliver dependable and scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Python (4+ years) with Django and/or Flask.

• Front-end development proficiency with Angular or React.

• Experience in designing and utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, with experience in ORM.

• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS or Azure).

• Knowledge of Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, or comparable container technologies.

• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or wealth management platforms (preferred).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) (preferred).

• Experience collaborating directly with US-based clients and distributed teams (preferred).
