Senior Fullstack Engineer – Capacity & Matching Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain Go-based backend services alongside React/TypeScript interfaces for Capacity Matching and the Inflect Gateway.

• Enhance matching, confidence-scoring, and cost-optimization algorithms to meet precision and transparency standards.

• Act as a secondary owner and backup for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster.

• Engage in cross-coverage, incident response assistance, and pull-request evaluations.

• Collaborate with Data Foundation and Lead-to-Cash teams on aligning source-data quality and integrating gateway transaction surfaces.

• Produce well-tested, observable code following the technical guidance of the pod lead.

• Independently deploy and effectively manage Gateway and Capacity Matching features in a production environment.

• Uphold comprehensive ownership of the Gateway & Capacity Matching cluster adhering to pod technical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.

• Extensive production expertise in Go for backend services.

• Extensive production expertise in React/TypeScript for frontend applications.

• Practical experience in designing, constructing, and optimizing algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation systems.

• Familiarity with API gateway and integration-focused backend architectures.

• Practical experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres.

• Practical experience with AWS cloud deployments.

• Experience with event-driven messaging systems.

• Experience in integrating data pipelines.

• Proficient in professional English communication skills.

• Capable of conducting cross-border asynchronous collaboration, code reviews, and daily coordination across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones.

• Required to maintain an active corporate entity (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ / CNPJ) in Brazil.

• Must submit valid electronic service invoices (Nota Fiscal de Serviços Eletrônica - NFS-e) into Rippling for monthly payments.
