Senior Fullstack Engineer, AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

• Contribute to the software architecture design.

• Implement and deploy cloud-native services.

• Collaborate with the engineering and business teams to transform ideas into functionalities.

• Integrate AI models, conversational agents, and generative AI solutions into products.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and infrastructure costs.

• Automate processes using AI and modern development tools.

• Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced and regular use of AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar as part of the programming workflow.

• Ability to generate, review, refactor, and accelerate development using AI.

• Strong experience with one of the following languages: Python, TypeScript, or Go (Golang).

• Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL API design.

• Experience with microservices-based architecture.

• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL).

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

• Knowledge of data modeling, query optimization, indexing, and migrations.

• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Knative, AWS Lambda, Serverless, basic networking, load balancers, and CI/CD.

• Experience or knowledge in generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, conversational agents, and integration with language model APIs.

• Technical English for documentation and communication.
