Program Lead – AI Fellowship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the fellowship syllabus, which includes establishing learning objectives, sequencing the curriculum, and integrating modules.

• Manage the creation of presentation slides, exercises, projects, and supplementary learning resources.

• Ensure the curriculum stays aligned with current AI industry practices, technological advancements, and job market demands.

• Set and uphold quality standards for all learning materials and program experiences.

• Analyze learner outcomes and feedback on delivery, striving for continuous curriculum enhancement.

• Recruit instructors from the Anyone AI network.

• Conduct interviews and assessments of instructor candidates.

• Provide briefings and calibrations for instructors to guarantee classroom delivery aligns with curriculum standards.

• Serve as the internal expert on high-quality AI education.

• Collaborate with program operations to ensure that logistical and delivery choices enhance the learning experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related STEM discipline, or an equivalent level of deep technical expertise in AI.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI/ML, ideally within an industry setting.

• Experience in designing or overseeing technical curricula for AI/ML fellowships, intensive programs, universities, corporate academies, or similar environments.

• Teaching experience in university courses, fellowships, bootcamps, corporate academies, or comparable contexts, which includes lecturing, facilitating, or leading technical cohorts.

• Practical AI/ML experience in industry or applied research.

• Background in interviewing or assessing technical instructors, experts, or educators while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

• Strong skills in teaching and content development, including the ability to produce clear slides, rigorous exercises, and substantial technical projects.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid iteration and a significant degree of ambiguity.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
