Legal AI Architect, Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of voice agent customization for each firm throughout the intake onboarding process.

• Set up call flows, firm knowledge bases, objection handling strategies, case-type-specific intake inquiries, transfer protocols, staff directories, and criteria for call/lead scoring.

• Establish phone system integrations, including RingCentral, and manage CRM/DMS transitions such as Clio Grow, Lead Docket, and Smart Advocate.

• Implement e-signature configurations to enable the sending and signing of retainers while clients are on the line.

• Define standards, milestones, sequencing, and decision-making parameters for a completely onboarded intake process.

• Convert operational insights into training materials and documentation for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Legal Account Associates.

• Oversee a portfolio of intake-focused accounts, encompassing both intake-only and land-and-expand opportunities.

• Collaborate with CSMs, integration engineers, and plaintiff law firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or experience in a legal operations position at a significant plaintiffs' firm.

• Knowledge of the intake process, including call flows, lead qualification, objection management, and assessing case viability.

• Capacity to configure and refine AI-driven workflows.

• Skill in documenting and systematizing knowledge into team playbooks.

• Ability to collaborate across functions with CSMs, integration engineers, and law firms.

• Preferably, direct experience with legal intake or voice AI platforms.

• Consulting experience combined with a background in legal or intake operations is preferred.

• Experience in training non-technical teams on new workflows or tools is preferred.
