Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Transition a private-beta product from functional code to public release.

• Take full ownership of features from data modeling and architecture to building, deployment, and customer launch.

• Develop Vue components, create PostgreSQL queries, and integrate Stripe webhooks.

• Utilize AI coding agents while ensuring correctness, reliability, and maintainability.

• Design, automate, and carry out functional, regression, load, and smoke testing.

• Recognize and communicate technical risks at an early stage.

• Design and refine Prisma schemas and PostgreSQL data models.

• Collaborate across integrations such as Stripe Connect, LiveKit, Twilio, Zoom, Anthropic, and pgvector.

• Manage and enhance a Google Apps Script reporting layer.

• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy features.

• Review pull requests and uphold consistent engineering standards.

• Monitor production systems and take part in triage and incident resolution.

• Enhance code reliability, maintainability, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-9+ years of software engineering experience with Nuxt or Vue, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI coding agents in a production codebase.

• Solid background in systems architecture with significant influence on structural decisions in production systems.

• Strong proficiency in testing, including functional, regression, load, and smoke testing.

• Experience in automating test suites.

• Ability to comprehend and operate within an existing codebase before considering a rewrite or redesign.

• Highly organized and self-reliant.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth startup setting.

• Proven track record of owning complete features from inception to production deployment.

• Availability to work an 8-5 or 9-6 EST schedule.
