Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from inception to completion, encompassing data modeling, architecture, development, deployment, and delivery to customers.

• Engage with the entire technology stack, including Vue components, Postgres queries, and Stripe webhooks.

• Leverage AI coding agents while ensuring correctness, reliability, and maintainability.

• Design, automate, and carry out functional, regression, load, and smoke testing.

• Identify and communicate technical risks at an early stage.

• Design and evolve Prisma schemas and Postgres data models.

• Collaborate with integrations including Stripe Connect, LiveKit, Twilio, Zoom, Anthropic, and pgvector.

• Assist in managing and developing a Google Apps Script reporting layer.

• Test, debug, and deploy features.

• Review pull requests and uphold consistent engineering standards.

• Monitor production systems and engage in triage and incident resolution.

• Enhance existing code for improved reliability, maintainability, and performance.

• Contribute to establishing engineering standards for the custom community platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-9+ years of software engineering experience with Nuxt or Vue, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI coding agents in a production codebase to enhance productivity without diminishing critical thinking.

• Established systems architecture experience, with a history of significantly influencing structural decisions on production systems.

• Extensive testing expertise, including functional, regression, load, and smoke testing, along with experience in automating test suites.

• Capability to read, comprehend, and work within an existing codebase before considering rewrites or redesigns.

• Highly organized and self-sufficient, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.

• Proven experience in managing complete features from concept to production deployment.

• Availability for an 8-5 or 9-6 EST working schedule.
