Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and implement scalable, high-quality features that power GoodTime's hiring intelligence platform.

• Architect and introduce new features while iterating and maintaining existing functionalities.

• Debug and investigate issues reported by customers.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to strategize feature development.

• Enhance performance and stability across GoodTime Hire.

• Present new features to internal stakeholders during company-wide all-hands meetings.

• Manage projects from initial concept through to release.

• Acquire knowledge of new languages, systems, and models as market demands evolve.

• Work together with product, engineering, and leadership teams to steer the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• More than 3 years of experience in Javascript/Typescript.

• At least 3 years of experience with React.

• Advanced expertise in web development, with a thorough understanding of the Javascript ecosystem.

• Familiarity with debugging tools, such as Datadog.

• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Empathy for customers.

• A product-driven mindset.

• Keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality work.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

• Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development, as well as test-driven development.

• Proficiency with relational databases.

• Solid understanding of REST communication.
