Senior Full Stack Developer – Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create the application layer for field services, connecting field operations with the core ERP system.

• Enhance high-performance web interfaces that allow technicians to synchronize field data in real time.

• Design complex client-side business logic and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Utilize modern web standards and Webpack to provide a seamless user experience.

• Make adjustments to server-side logic using C# and .NET Framework 4.8.

• Optimize performance, debug multi-threaded distributed software, and remove bottlenecks.

• Integrate the proprietary framework to ensure web-standard code compiles efficiently into a custom mobile environment.

• Act as the technical authority for frontend-to-mobile performance translation.

• Maintain, optimize, and refactor the existing codebase.

• Take the initiative to identify areas for reorganization to enhance stability and execution speed.

• Incorporate AI-powered features by understanding model mechanics and optimizing performance within the proprietary mobile framework.

• Validate technical decisions through alignment with business goals and user outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High-level proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Expert command of Webpack and contemporary frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).

• Strong skills in C# and .NET Framework 4.8.

• Experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded distributed logic.

• Functional expertise in T-SQL and SQL.

• Comprehensive understanding of design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and principles of clean code.

• Capability to independently design and assess user-friendly interfaces tailored for technicians in high-pressure field environments.

• Advanced skills with performance profiling and debugging tools, specifically dotTrace and dotMemory.

• Commercial experience with ERP or CRM systems; direct experience with Acumatica is a notable advantage.

• Familiarity with Git.

• Proficient in written and spoken English is essential.

• Ability to justify technical decisions based on business objectives and user outcomes.

• Senior-level expertise is required.
