Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in technical discovery, research, and project planning initiatives.

• Assist in field research and conduct user interviews as needed.

• Spearhead technical discovery efforts and create technical diagrams and documentation.

• Design and build scalable software solutions tailored to business and user requirements.

• Develop and enhance features for applications in production.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify both functional and non-functional defects.

• Enhance application code quality, development tools, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with frontend designers to provide solutions that ensure a uniform user experience.

• Partner closely with Product Owners to assess technical implementation alternatives.

• Assist in solution deployment, launch, and continuous production development.

• Create reusable components and shared technical capabilities.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution.

• Uphold technical documentation and maintain development standards.

• Aid in onboarding new technical team members.

• Contribute to the enhancement of development, testing, quality, and delivery practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience utilizing source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.

• More than 5 years of experience serving as a Full Stack Developer on intricate software solutions within an Agile framework.

• At least 3 years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with database technologies, including relational databases and their alternatives.

• Over 3 years of experience developing production applications using contemporary application frameworks and technologies.
