Senior Frontend Engineer, Retail Media/AdTech Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop contemporary frontend solutions for campaign management, advertiser self-service, and various AdTech products.

• Take responsibility for the complete frontend delivery process.

• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate scalable APIs and provide high-quality user experiences.

• Design intricate web applications for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata integrations.

• Assist in the shift from outsourced development to an internal engineering team.

• Play a role in defining the architecture for future projects.

• Engage with multiple AdTech domains before focusing on specialized product teams as the organization grows.

• Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, and various stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in React and TypeScript, specifically in building complex production web applications.

• Strong background in integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.

• Eagerness and capability to work across both frontend and backend domains.

• Capacity to assume responsibilities that extend beyond typical frontend roles.

• Proven experience collaborating with Product, UX, and Backend Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, or retail platforms is a plus.

• Exposure to CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms, or Node.js/NestJS is beneficial.
