Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain product features from requirement refinement to production release in a comprehensive manner.

• Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas, ensuring stability and ongoing improvements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Engage in code reviews and create unit tests using Vitest.

• Produce concise design documentation.

• Contribute to decisions regarding frontend architecture and platform health.

• Enhance performance, upgrade frameworks, optimize NX monorepo structure, and streamline CI/CD processes.

• Develop frontend experiences for AI-driven clinical and administrative products.

• Incorporate AI tooling into the development workflow.

• Enhance engineering processes and tools across the engineering community.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, backend, and QA teams within a cross-functional setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience with Angular.

• Proficient in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and dependency injection patterns.

• Advanced experience with RxJS and TypeScript in real-world production environments.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale.

• Practical experience with unit testing; preference for Vitest, with Jest being acceptable.

• Direct experience with agentic AI development and regular use of coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Capability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents.

• Understanding of agent principles, including context, tools, and feedback loops.

• Ability to organize code and documentation to facilitate effective agent utilization.

• Comfortable writing or modifying SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validations, and tracing issues across the API layer.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).

• Fluent in Russian.

• Availability for full overlap with CET working hours.
