Senior Front End Developer – Platform Widgets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable and efficient software architectures.

• Write, test, and troubleshoot intricate code for both new and existing software applications.

• Deliver production-ready code in accordance with business requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and other team members.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.

• Oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals.

• Effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to software development and system design.

• Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance software performance and development processes.

• Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges.

• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure software reliability and performance.

• Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable senior engineering position.

• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks.

• Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation patterns, including Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, and shared dependency management.

• Ability to analyze code, debug intricate issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept (PoCs).

• Understanding of web performance metrics and browser performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), FCP, TTFB, TBT, Speed Index, TTI, bundle size, and JavaScript parsing and execution performance.

• Knowledge of browser internals, SPAs and static websites, client-server architecture, REST APIs, SSR, web security, and UI/UX patterns.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
