This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, enhance, and expand a repeatable pre-opening marketing framework that facilitates 2–4 franchise launches each month.
• Develop launch playbooks, schedules, checklists, reports, budgets, and marketing materials that ensure standardized successful openings.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Growth, CRM, PR, and Operations teams to produce localized marketing assets, campaigns, and launch assistance.
• Advise franchisees on local marketing strategies including community partnerships, PR, influencer outreach, paid media, social media, CRM, grassroots marketing, and events.
• Mentor franchise owners through launch milestones while offering strategic guidance that fosters accountability and consistent execution.
• Create scalable training materials such as guides, webinars, and onboarding resources that empower franchisees to implement local marketing independently.
• Develop standardized hiring resources to assist franchisees in recruiting and onboarding local marketing or community engagement personnel prior to opening.
• Identify and oversee regional marketing vendors, PR agencies, and influencer partners capable of supporting multiple markets concurrently.
• Evaluate launch performance across bookings, revenue, partnerships, media coverage, reviews, and guest acquisition, utilizing insights to refine future openings.
• Over 5 years of experience in fields such as franchise, regional, retail, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or experiential marketing.
• Background in supporting new store openings, grand openings, or local market launches that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence franchisees, operators, or multi-unit business owners without direct authority.
• Strong project management capabilities with the proficiency to oversee multiple launches at once.
• Familiarity with local marketing channels including partnerships, PR, influencers, paid media, CRM, community engagement, and grassroots marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to aid new market launches.
