Senior FP&A Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine scalable, cross-functional financial models and reporting procedures.

• Collaborate with FBP and Corporate FP&A stakeholders on forecasting, monthly and quarterly reports, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.

• Audit, validate, and enhance data integrity across financial systems.

• Create controls, investigate discrepancies, and partner with business users and process owners to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Assist with EPM upgrades, ERP integrations, and the rollout of new configurations.

• Engage in requirements gathering, testing, training, and providing support during go-live phases.

• Maintain and update financial systems documentation, training materials, configuration requirements, and process guides.

• Manage financial systems projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

• Lead testing and change management for system updates, integrations, and configuration modifications.

• Promote collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, and other departments on projects and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Experience in collaborating with and influencing leadership at all levels.

• Demonstrated experience managing teams within complex, matrixed environments.

• Proven track record in building and enhancing high-performing teams.

• Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage change while considering the downstream effects on systems, data flows, and business processes.

• Preferred qualifications include Workday Adaptive Planning certification, experience with high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SaaS companies, EPM consultancy or implementation expertise, and familiarity with AI tools/integration.
