Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital finance business partner to enhance financial operations.

• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Leadership teams.

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports in a timely manner.

• Develop and oversee operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Analyze plant performance metrics, labor productivity, material costs, inventory management, capital expenditures, and manufacturing operations.

• Measure and evaluate MUV and labor utilization across various sites.

• Assess and report on Work In Progress (WIP) usage and variances.

• Establish and monitor savings objectives in collaboration with Plant Directors.

• Generate monthly financial reports and presentations.

• Provide ad hoc financial reporting as required.

• Standardize management reporting and enhance financial processes.

• Promote continuous improvement within Manufacturing Solutions.

• Support critical operational and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related field.

• Preferably experienced in a global industrial manufacturing context.

• Background in roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Strong analytical, financial, and systems capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Experience in a private equity setting is advantageous.

• Possess an analytical, collaborative, and proactive approach.

• Extensive experience in manufacturing finance.

• Ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.

• Self-motivated individual who anticipates the needs of stakeholders.

• Capability to enhance existing reporting and analysis processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as business requirements dictate.
