Project Leader – Technology Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential finance projects and generate economic and financial forecasts to support financial decision-making.

• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget; track execution and implement authorized adjustments.

• Create project communication strategies, written status updates, scorecards, and project review materials for executive leadership.

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely escalation or action plans.

• Document and share lessons learned to enhance future projects.

• Foster a positive project working environment by ensuring appropriate staffing, clarity of responsibilities, and inclusion.

• Report directly to the Senior Finance Manager.

• Overnight travel is generally less than 10% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience in corporate finance and/or retail is preferred.

• Capable of conducting detailed analyses and preparing executive summaries.

• Able to present and advocate for personal work and the work of others to senior leadership.

• Ability to work independently.

• Skilled in influencing the decisions of individuals not under direct supervision.
