Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and develop tailored technical solutions for key customers and partners.

• Take responsibility for delivering custom engagements from initial scoping and architecture to final deployment.

• Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.

• Convert vague customer requirements into prototypes and production-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer needs into the product roadmap.

• Recognize patterns across various engagements and suggest platform enhancements.

• Showcase Synthesia’s technical capabilities during customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.

• Oversee complete custom engagements and assist in defining the FDE engagement playbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and delivering functional software solutions from start to finish.

• Comfortable working with the entire technology stack or with APIs and integrations.

• Some experience in customer-facing or commercial environments.

• Knowledge of enterprise technical integrations and vendor solutions.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Capability to navigate ambiguous customer requirements and manage tight deadlines.

• Eligibility to work in the country of employment and ability to pass compliance checks.

• Strong communication skills to engage with engineers, architects, and senior customer decision-makers.
