This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the technical design and implementation of intricate customer solutions and deployments.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, architecture, risks, dependencies, and integration needs across customer environments.
• Diagnose and address complex technical and deployment issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering as necessary.
• Act as a senior technical resource and escalation point for challenging customer interactions.
• Create and contribute to reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, tools, and technical best practices.
• Recognize recurring technical issues in the field and work with Product, Engineering, and delivery teams to devise scalable solutions.
• Convert customer requirements and field insights into actionable product feedback and technical recommendations.
• Offer technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, from late-stage presales to implementation and production deployment.
• Function as a trusted technical advisor to customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical support to FDEs and other technical team members.
• Contribute to enhancements in deployment consistency, scalability, and customer time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Extensive experience in designing and deploying enterprise security, cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS solutions in complex customer settings.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise integrations, APIs, distributed systems, networking, identity, security, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify and solve complex and ambiguous technical challenges.
• Experience encompassing solution architecture, presales, implementation, and production deployment.
• Experience in developing or contributing to reusable technical architectures, integration patterns, tools, or best practices.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple complex customer engagements.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to fellow technical practitioners.
• Willingness to meet the 25% travel requirement is assumed due to the role's travel obligations.
