Senior Flutter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver the web-based Flutter MVP to meet release standards.

• Implement a clean and maintainable state management system utilizing Riverpod.

• Integrate secure RESTful APIs for handling financial data, employing tools like Retrofit for backend interactions.

• Write Golden tests to ensure UI consistency of widgets amidst changes.

• Collaborate closely with the technical lead for code reviews and onboarding processes.

• Organize the codebase to facilitate future builds for Android and iOS platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.

• At least 5 years of direct experience with Flutter.

• Strong expertise in using Riverpod for state management.

• Proven track record in building and consuming secure RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Retrofit (or a similar tool) for backend interactions.

• Practical experience with Golden tests for regression of widget UI.

• Comfortable handling sensitive financial information.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Experience creating MVPs in a startup or bootstrapped environment (desirable).

• Background in fintech or financial services (desirable).

• A history of taking a web Flutter application to mobile platforms (desirable).
