Senior Fleet Partnership Manager

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of fleet partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

• Lead onboarding and training initiatives to ensure fleet partners are successfully integrated into the platform.

• Foster ongoing engagement through regular check-ins and business reviews, aligning on objectives, performance, and opportunities.

• Serve as the voice of fleet partners within the organization, advocating for their needs, challenges, and priorities.

• Collect and analyze partner feedback, identifying trends and converting insights into clear, actionable requirements.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize and implement enhancements that improve fleet partner workflows and outcomes.

• Assist in issue resolution and escalation, coordinating across teams to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.

• Define and monitor success metrics for fleet partners, with a focus on efficiency, adoption, and value delivered.

• Identify opportunities for growth and increased engagement within existing fleet partnerships.

• Work alongside Vendor Partnerships and other teams to ensure a seamless experience across the broader ecosystem.

• Contribute to process improvements and documentation that facilitate scalable fleet partnership management.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or a similar role.

• Background in fleet management, automotive, or transportation technology.

• Proven experience managing strategic customer or partner relationships in a SaaS or platform-based environment.

• Strong capability to convert customer feedback into actionable insights and enhancements.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, or Operations teams.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively.

• Proficient in using data to monitor performance and inform decision-making.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
