This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main financial and strategic advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships and the global leadership team.
• Enhance Twilio’s business utilizing AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud marketplaces.
• Develop revenue-sharing frameworks and co-selling incentives.
• Assess ROI for Market Development Funds, partner tier rebates, and GSI enablement investments.
• Present quarterly board-level narratives regarding partner-attributed and partner-sourced trends.
• Oversee global partner forecasting, capacity planning, and multi-year investment modeling.
• Define, construct, and monitor partner unit-economics metrics.
• Review and authorize non-standard partner contracts and commercial structures in collaboration with Sales and Legal.
• Create financial models for market expansion and product integration.
• Manage accruals for partner rebates, referral fees, and MDF adjustments.
• Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for partnership programs and incentives.
• Collaborate with RevOps, GTM Systems, and Data Engineering on automated reporting infrastructure.
• Identify margin drivers and enhance cost efficiency within the partner ecosystem.
• Conduct scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Travel occasionally for project or team in-person meetings.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving across various teams.
• Capacity to work independently and think strategically.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly skilled in Google Sheets or Excel.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle is an advantage.
• This role is remote but cannot be hired in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
