This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Develop, construct, and oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets along with forecasting models.
• Prepare analyses and reports to identify key drivers and variances.
• Maintain and disseminate dashboards and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct cost analyses and explore fluctuations from period to period as well as variations in forecasts.
• Assist in the design and creation of financial models and metrics to evaluate performance, highlight critical issues for senior management, and predict future activities.
• Evaluate deviations from key metric targets and provide insights to business and finance leaders.
• Create materials and metrics for presentations, discussions, and reviews for senior management.
• Develop presentations that effectively communicate analysis and support decision-making for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to automate modeling processes and implement other improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management and work cross-functionally within the Operations group and FP&A team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Extensive background in building complex financial models, conducting both quantitative and qualitative financial analyses, and performing scenario analysis.
• Proven experience in presenting analyses to senior executives and serving as an effective business partner across all departments.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities, with the capacity to convert numerical data into clear business insights.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions for evolving forecasting requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate matrix environments, manage changing priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to collaborate effectively during core PST business hours.
• Must be eligible to reside in one of the specified U.S. states or territories.
• An advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field is preferred.
• Previous experience in SaaS or online subscription businesses is advantageous.
