This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders to deliver financial insights, decision-making support, and strategic advice.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning for GTM investments, encompassing operating expenses, workforce, and growth initiatives.
• Develop, sustain, and improve driver-based financial models for forecasting, investment planning, and evaluating business performance.
• Track and assess GTM performance metrics, pinpointing risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Oversee month-end closing procedures, including accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and business review sessions.
• Conduct scenario modeling and on-demand analyses to assess business initiatives, resource allocation decisions, and growth strategies.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify and execute process enhancements, automation prospects, and reporting improvements within FP&A.
• Act as a reliable finance partner to commercial leaders throughout the GTM organization.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to boost business performance and resource allocation.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager, GTM FP&A.
• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth context.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling techniques.
• Capability to convert complex data into actionable insights for business strategies.
• Experience in supporting commercial, go-to-market, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing divisions.
• Strong grasp of GTM performance metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition costs, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, planning, and reporting tools like Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.
• Ability to sway decisions through data-informed analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
