Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead financial projections for the short, medium, and long term across various companies.

• Perform scenario planning and conduct sensitivity analyses.

• Supervise cost structures across different business lines and geographical locations.

• Evaluate product and service profitability and suggest pricing strategies.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhance operational efficiencies.

• Establish and monitor break-even points for clients, services, and companies.

• Conduct financial feasibility analyses for new business ventures, investments, and expansions.

• Assess salary structures and workforce expenses across different regions.

• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to optimize compensation in relation to productivity.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for headcount planning.

• Lead cross-functional financial initiatives across Finance, HR, and Operations.

• Implement and refine financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.

• Present executive-level financial reports, insights, and recommendations.

• Monitor and report on profitability, efficiency, and growth KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance roles, including cross-functional project management.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Financial modeling experience is essential.

• Background in working with multi-entity or international companies.

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
