This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist the Finance Manager in conducting financial analysis for Supply Chain expenses related to Products & Healthcare Services.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales/Commercial, Accounting, and leaders of various business units.
• Aid in the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles, annual budgeting, strategic long-range planning, as well as CapEx and strategic investment prioritization and monitoring.
• Create financial presentations, monthly and quarterly business reviews, performance scorecards, initiative trackers, profitability models, and analyses intended for senior management.
• Evaluate and communicate past and projected financial and operational performance trends.
• Identify risks and opportunities, suggest strategic initiatives, and quantify and forecast outcomes.
• Track key performance indicators related to revenue, cost of sales, expenses, profitability, working capital, and capital expenditures.
• Discover avenues for enhancing financial performance and formulate strategic analyses for business leadership.
• Conduct analyses involving pricing models, scenario planning, financial and expense performance, rate of return, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure a systematic financial close process and produce accurate financial statements.
• Foster innovative ideas, processes, and methods while promoting multidisciplinary problem-solving and teamwork.
• Standardize reporting across product categories and collect requirements from the Executive Leadership Team.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• A four-year undergraduate degree is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, including a role of similar scope and impact.
• FP&A experience, especially in business partnerships, is highly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare distribution and/or manufacturing is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time if working remotely.
• Familiarity with financial business plans, processes, and systems is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SAP, and Anaplan is preferred.
• Proven ability to assess needs, pinpoint issues, recommend alternatives, and facilitate change.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively manage and execute complex financial projects.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in handling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to plan and coordinate task completion in a multi-deadline environment.
