Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and present intricate financial data.

• Assist in operational and strategic decision-making processes.

• Deliver financial support across the organization.

• Oversee and provide analytical assistance for the monthly closing process.

• Coordinate and aid in the annual budgeting process.

• Prepare and review account reconciliations along with annual audit schedules.

• Conduct various additional financial analyses.

• Report directly to the Finance Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least five years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.

• Proven knowledge of financial applications and processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with leadership teams.

• Ability to formulate analytical inquiries, conduct financial analyses, and effectively communicate the findings.

• Proficiency in computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Capacity to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Ability to handle and safeguard confidential information.

• CPA certification is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare financial reporting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.
