This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and sustain ARR models that monitor new, expansion, contraction, and churn activities across agency and department segments.
• Examine trends in gross renewal rate and net renewal rate, translating churn drivers into actionable insights.
• Assist in strategic pricing analysis in collaboration with Corporate Finance.
• Ensure data integrity between source systems and ARR reporting, addressing any discrepancies.
• Create KPI frameworks and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance scalability and operational performance.
• Aid in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings forecasts for senior leadership, the Board, and investors.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide bridge explanations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning in support of debt covenant and Vista reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Accounting to verify ARR movements and ensure alignment on definitions.
• Generate recurring board, investor, and lender reporting materials concerning top-line performance.
• Identify ways to enhance forecasting accuracy, simplify reporting, and automate ongoing analyses.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics.
• Proficiency in working with ARR, bookings, and various subscription metrics.
• A solid understanding of subscription revenue drivers.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both clear and concise, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed SaaS environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, or similar planning tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models, including GRR, NRR, and churn, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or comparable ERP systems is preferred.
