This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for customers seeking support with SAP applications, particularly in Finance.

• Receive, evaluate, and manage support requests and incident reports through the ticketing system.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality SAP support operations on a daily basis for customers.

• Analyze incidents, change requests, and error notifications related to financial processes.

• Reproduce, evaluate, and effectively resolve issues within customer systems.

• Collaborate closely with internal subject-matter experts and SAP on more intricate topics.

• Provide detailed documentation of solutions, workarounds, known errors, and process guidelines.

• Offer coverage and assistance for related SAP modules within the support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar qualification, along with a solid understanding of business processes.

• Several years of experience in SAP Finance, preferably with a specialization in SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud.

• Excellent knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including customization in the FI, CO, and AA modules, as well as ideally related modules like SD, MM, and PP.

• Experience in SAP application support and familiarity with ticketing tools.

• An analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-centric approach.

• Capable of working independently, structured, and reliably.

• Team-oriented, resilient, and passionate about operational support and customer engagement.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
