This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for customers seeking SAP application support, particularly in Finance.

• Receive, evaluate, and manage support requests and incident reports through the ticketing system.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality operational SAP support for customers on a daily basis.

• Analyze incidents, change requests, and error messages related to financial processes.

• Reproduce, assess, and effectively resolve issues within customer systems.

• Collaborate closely with internal subject-matter experts and SAP on complex topics.

• Provide comprehensive and traceable documentation of solutions, workarounds, known errors, and process documentation.

• Offer support for and assist with adjacent SAP modules within the support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in (business) information systems, business administration, finance, or a similar qualification, along with a solid understanding of business processes.

• Several years of experience in SAP Finance, preferably with a focus on SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including customization in the FI, CO, and AA modules, and ideally related modules such as SD, MM, and PP.

• Experience in SAP application support and familiarity with ticketing tools.

• An analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.

• A self-reliant, organized, and dependable working style.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm for operational support and customer engagement.

• Proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English.
