This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the Americas Sales Finance collaboration and establish the financial strategy for revenue growth, P&L performance, forecasting accuracy, investment trade-offs, and business risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the Americas annual operating plan, which includes headcount, quota capacity, sales compensation, commissions, and investment planning.
• Manage the Americas forecast narrative by integrating pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, productivity, channel performance, and sales execution into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Deliver financial guidance on deal economics, pricing strategies, promotional investments, and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal Sales leaders to set objectives, align KPIs, pinpoint performance gaps, and foster accountability.
• Develop financial models that inform sales strategies, pricing, go-to-market plans, productivity goals, and resource distribution.
• Enhance the Americas finance operating model, forecasting discipline, decision-making quality, process efficiency, and the strategic value of Finance.
• Lead or influence global Sales Finance initiatives aimed at improving planning, forecasting, reporting consistency, and operational effectiveness.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or commercial finance roles with direct collaboration with senior sales leadership.
• Extensive experience partnering with Field Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• A proven history in FP&A and Sales Finance roles within high-growth or technology-focused companies.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes, territory and quota planning, commissions, pipeline conversion, renewals, churn, channel economics, and sales performance metrics and tools.
• Strong experience in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to utilize AI and automation for efficient analysis and decision-making.
• A proactive communicator with a highly collaborative working style.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and influence enterprise-level decisions.
• Comfort in working across U.S. time zones, with the flexibility to support West Coast leaders and business requirements.
